Memory Works + Vietnam?

Two big news stories in our home today:

1) I registered as a Memory Works consultant. If you're into scrapbooking, Memory Works certainly has something you'd like in their huge line of products! It seems they are always the ones who have the latest and greatest scrapbook supplies right after CHA, and certainly before the big box stores, so it made sense for me to become a consultant -- especially since I found there is only one other consultant in our city!

2) Trevor received an email detailing the hiring procedures for those interested in going to Vietnam to work for his company. We're not even sure he's going to go for an interview, but we are not completely ruling it out at this time, either.

HI! I just found your blog through Pilot Wives Club.

The money is not NEARLY enough for us to consider the move to Vietnam, but if you're looking for an adventure it might be your thing.

My biggest worry would be about safety, both in the air and on the ground. They can make all the important promises and rules, but who's really there to enforce them?

Hey Runblondie26!

We ultimately did decide not to go to Vietnam, as it initially looked good on paper, but once we started looking at what rent would be in Vietnam, it would have been ridiculous to even consider it -- we were looking at quadrupaling our current rent!
